Marton Sinclair of Christchurch’s pre-eminent Engineers and Surveyors Eliot Sinclair and Partners has been heavily involved in the planning and construction of the Galilee Lane extension since its inception in 2002. Each site has been designed in detail and the Macaferee Gabion Basket retaining system has been meticulously put together by Laings Contractors under the watchful eye of Eliot Sinclair and Partners.
